Completed Eco upgrade of existing bungalow, Matlock

This project has recently been completed and we love the result! Striking blue frames against a white render and timber effect decking gives this bungalow rennovation a real holiday vibe! (Yet it is in Matlock believe it or not!)

Our design was for an environmentally friendly upgrade to the orginal run down bungalow (scroll to bottom to see the original dwelling). We designed new dormer windows and double glazed Juliette balconies to the front elevation and a large full length dormer to the rear with a walk - on balcony. The property has been fully insulated and rendered to improve the thermal properties. The new habitable loft space is fully insulated with water saving sanitaryware specified and the existing heating system replaced with a new one of enhanced efficiency.
