Planning permission granted for Mansfield extension

Planning permission granted by Mansfield District Council for a contemporary rear extension to the client's living room. This replaces an existing bay window which currently provides insufficient light to the internal living space. The extension will be built from block work and clad externally with a grey stained timber. The proposed windows and doors have grey aluminium frames the the existing windows and doors being replaced to match.

Really pleased with this one as we upgraded the whole rear of the property with lots of unique design features such as the projecting boxed window seat. Sharing an initial internal sketch we did to show the client how their space could feel once extended with internal walls removed.
