The design replaces industrial fabric with sustainable materials, including cedar cladding and sections of sedum roofing that blend seamlessly into the landscape. High-performance insulation, solar panels, and advanced heating and water-saving systems ensure exceptional energy efficiency, verified through SAP and EPC assessments.
