Planning win for Sheffield bungalow renovation

After a very long planning process with Sheffield City Council we finally have planning permission for our original proposal to convert an existing bungalow into a 2 storey dwelling - plus rear extension and side extension. Our plans were initially rejected but we stuck to our guns with support from our clients and convinced them otherwise without having to go to an appeal - really pleased with the outcome!
