Planning win in Newcastle - Under Lyme

Yippee! Our first planning win of 2024 for this brick home from Newcastle-under-Lyme council. We have designed a large garden room with an attached snug which sits below the existing building eaves so that our client can have direct access onto a roof balcony from the bedrooms.
