Permitted Development for Peak District National Park extension

Really pleased with the outcome of this project. We originally requested some pre-planning advice from the Peak District National Park planning authority to be told that it would not get planning permission (due to style, position, the fact it was in a conservation area). We took this on board and adjusted the design so that it would meet the requirements for permitted development (no planning permission needed!) - we have just been awarded the certificate - so now the client can press on with getting it built
