Residential development in North East Derbyshire

We have recently had planning permission granted for this 3 property residential development in Clay Cross, Derbyshire. The development is proposed for an area of brown-field land with the two front properties having 4 bedrooms over 3 stories and the rear property being a 3 bedroom bungalow with accommodation in the roof space. We have used a heritage blend red brick with natural stone surrounds combined with timber frame sash windows painted in a heritage cream colour.
