Matlock home with new entrance design

This proposal is for a new entrance and side extension to a home in Darley Dale, Matlock. The new entrance also provides opportunity for full height glazing at first floor level where an internal balcony is proposed to the master bedroom. In addition a mezzanine level has been created allowing for better use of the double height space in the existing bedroom. A small narrow reading room has been added to the side of the house, clad in stained timber with a unique picture window to the garden side.
