Station cottage in Derbyshire completed under permitted development

Constructued under permitted development this is a completed extension to a Station cottage in Darley Dale, Matlock, Derbyshire. We delivered a simple lean-to design with skylights to flood the new kitchen diner with natural light. A full length set of bi-fold doors allow the whole space to open up to the garden on a summers day. Carefully selected materials include a heritage effect brick and red clay roof tile - seamlessly knitting the new in with the old with a contemporary twist!
