Before and After!

Love a good before and after shot! We think these images sum up how good design and an excellent local builder can bring the character and life back to an old stone property. We love our client's addition of the pink door!

We removed the original two storey flat roof extension and replaced it with a bigger dual pitch roof extension giving the interior of the new part a vaulted ceiling and vast open stairwell.

We also added a porch and utility room extension to replace the old brown tin lean-to. A lot of internal reorganisation meant we could move the existing staircase which use to start in the dining room. Moving it enabled us to create a large kitchen diner and two additional reception rooms. Upstairs, enough new space was created to accommodate a guest bedroom and ensuite for a dependant relative.
