Planning permission granted for bungalow in Chesterfield

We are excited to announce that Planning permission has been granted for this new build bungalow set deep in Derbyshire woodland. Planning was achieved amazingly quickly (12 weeks from starting drawing to being given the green light)....This meant the client could secure the land and now it's a case of some fine tuning - hopefully at a more relaxed pace!
